The problem most people don’t realize is that running after money is the thing that will prevent you from building wealth and becoming rich.

It is counterintuitive but true.

People who chase money make poor decisions that prevent them from building wealth.

They job hop instead of getting experience.

They speculate instead of invest.

They take a second job with a paycheck rather than start a business on the side.

In short, they focus on the short-term but miss the fact that building wealth is a long-term game.
